Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

4. Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the red lentils, vegetable broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
