Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add the basil, oregano, green beans, corn, and peas. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
