Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until chunky.
2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
3. Stir in the celery and red onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve on bread or with crackers.
