  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by adding chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and feta to each tortilla.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
