- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
