Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into quarters
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into quarters and place on plates.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the lettuce wedges.
4. Top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
5. Serve immediately.
