Wilted Lettuce Salad Recipe
A simple and delicious wilted lettuce salad, perfect for a quick side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Lettuce washed and torn
- 4 slices Bacon chopped
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the onion until tender.
Add vinegar, sugar, and salt to the skillet. Stir well.
Pour the hot mixture over the lettuce in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
Top with the cooked bacon and serve immediately.
