Wontons
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 pack Wonton Wrappers
Soup
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 scallions Scallions, sliced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
2. Place a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Gently add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
5. Add baby spinach and sliced scallions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
