Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Chorizo crumbled
- ½ cup Onion diced
- ½ cup Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chorizo until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the eggs to the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing the scrambled eggs, chorizo, diced tomato, cilantro, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
