  • 4 fillets Rainbow trout fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the trout fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the fillets in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and top with chopped parsley.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
