Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Sour cream
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla, then top with shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
