- 2 cups Cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Add the heavy cream, cooked chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
6. Serve over rice, pasta, or toast.
