Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Marinate the chicken in yogurt, salt, and half of the spices for at least 30 minutes.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Add tomato puree and remaining spices. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
