Chicken Parmigiana Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish with breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and melted cheese.

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Place the chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
