  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
