Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until smooth.
  5. 5. Add shredded chicken and bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
