- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste salt
- to taste white pepper
- 2 slices green onions chopped, for garnish
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling broth and stir well.
3. Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the broth while stirring continuously with a whisk.
4. Add the sesame oil, salt, and white pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
