  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste white pepper
  • 2 slices green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling broth and stir well.
  3. 3. Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the broth while stirring continuously with a whisk.
  4. 4. Add the sesame oil, salt, and white pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
