Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
