Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • as needed Oil for frying
  • as needed Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Pour batter into a squeeze bottle. Squeeze batter into hot oil in a circular motion.
  6. 6. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar.
