- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's no longer pink.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot with rice or naan.
