Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and any other desired toppings.
