Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Lemons organic, washed
  • 1 liter Vodka high-proof
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
  2. Place the lemon peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it sit for 7 days.
  3. After 7 days, strain the lemon peels from the vodka.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool.
  5. Mix the sugar syrup with the infused vodka. Pour into bottles and seal.
  6. Store in the freezer and serve chilled.
