Instructions
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the saucepan. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
5. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
