Instructions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, basting the pork chops with the melted butter.
Check the internal temperature of the pork chops with a meat thermometer. It should read 145°F (63°C).
Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
