A delicious patty melt with a special sauce that takes it to the next level.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 8 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
Special Sauce
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
2. Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In the same skillet, cook patties until browned and cooked through.
4. Mix all special sauce ingredients in a bowl.
5. Assemble the patty melts: Spread special sauce on bread slices, add a patty, caramelized onions, and a slice of cheese. Top with another bread slice.
6. Grill sandwiches in the skillet until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
