Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
3. Push veggies to the side of the skillet. Add steak slices. Cook until browned.
4. Mix steak with veggies. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Place cheese slices over the mixture. Let it melt.
6. Fill hoagie rolls with the mixture. Serve hot.
