For the steak
- 1 lb Ground beef
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
For the gravy
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and sliced onions. Cook until onions are soft.
Stir in flour and cook for a minute. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
