Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground lamb until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add carrots, peas, corn, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add beef broth and simmer until thickened.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
