  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Add garlic and butter to the skillet.
  5. Spoon garlic butter over steaks for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove steaks, let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired.
