Main Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Add garlic and butter to the skillet.
Spoon garlic butter over steaks for 1-2 minutes.
Remove steaks, let rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
