- 3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 10 cups water
- 1 large onion quartered
- 6 large carrots peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 pounds potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1 medium head cabbage cut into wedges
Place corned beef brisket, spice packet, and water in slow cooker.
Add onion, carrots, and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cabbage wedges and cook for an additional 1-2 hours on low.
Serve hot and enjoy!
