  • 10 cups water
  • 1 large onion quartered
  • 6 large carrots peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 pounds potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 1 medium head cabbage cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Place corned beef brisket, spice packet, and water in slow cooker.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Add cabbage wedges and cook for an additional 1-2 hours on low.
