Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Sausages
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Place sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter over the sausages.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until the batter is puffed and golden.
