Instructions
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimp, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until shrimp is pink.
4. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, chili paste, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
