Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but without the seasoning packets. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, toasted almonds, chopped green onions, and sunflower seeds.
  3. 3. Add the cooled ramen noodles to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
