- 500 g Lamb or Chicken sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cucumber grated
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh

3. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and chopped dill to make the tzatziki sauce.
4. Warm the pita breads in a skillet or oven.
5. Assemble the gyros by placing the cooked meat on the warmed pita bread. Top with sliced tomato, red onion, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
