Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Cucumbers sliced
- ½ cup Red onions thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
