Welcome to GASTRODOME.COM.MY. By browsing, reading, or using this site, you accept these terms. If anything here feels off or doesn’t sit right, close the tab or skip the visit. No pressure—just clarity.
We cook up easy recipes daily. Whether you're here for soups that warm your soul, brunch ideas that start the day right, or desserts that hit the spot, this is a shared kitchen space. Read on so everyone’s time here stays smooth.
Who We Are
This site, GASTRODOME.COM.MY, was started by Nadia Lim and her small team of cooks, bakers, and homegrown food lovers. From local staples to fuss-free recipes, we focus on honest meals—nothing fancy, everything satisfying.
We cover:
- Breakfast & Brunch to jumpstart mornings
- Main Courses that fill the table
- Soups for rainy evenings
- Salads full of crunch
- Drinks that cool or comfort
- Desserts worth the sugar
All content is created by real people who spend real time in their kitchens, testing dishes before sharing them.
- Using our work to make money—this includes selling PDF bundles of our recipes, adding our recipes to paid apps or print books, or turning our visuals into merch or promotional content.
- Scraping or auto-downloading large amounts of content, recipes, code, or photos using bots, extensions, or scripts. That takes effort we didn’t agree to give.
- Pretending to be affiliated with us—whether by logo misuse, false endorsements, or copying our site layout or voice.
We spend time testing these dishes, writing them clearly, and photographing each one. Every bowl of laksa, stack of fluffy pancakes, or simple salad is made by people, not machines. If you love our stuff, credit us. If you’re unsure if something’s okay, ask first.
We’re fair, but we don’t ignore misuse.
Copyright
All content you see here belongs to GASTRODOME.COM.MY unless stated otherwise. That includes:
- Step-by-step recipe instructions
- Ingredient combinations, quantities, and prep notes
- Food photography (yes, even the sauce-splattered ones)
- Blog writing and editorial content
- Branded graphics, formatting, and layout choices
You might find familiar dishes here—sambal, rendang, kuih lapis—but each version is written from our kitchen, through our hands, based on how we learned, cooked, and tweaked it.
Sharing a link to our site? Great. Sharing a screenshot with credit? That’s fine too. But copying full posts or entire recipes without consent? That’s where the problem starts.
If you see something that doesn’t seem right—ours or otherwise—let us know. We listen. We’re human.
Your Info
We collect a few bits of info when you:
- Subscribe to updates
- Reach out via our contact form
That data helps us build a better experience. Maybe it’s to send a reminder when new recipes drop, or to respond when you have a question about that lemongrass chicken.
We don’t sell your info. We don’t rent it. We don’t sneak it into third-party mailing lists. You control what you share and when. For the full rundown, see our Privacy Policy.
Original Content and Shared Submissions
Most recipes and ideas here are created by our team. Some may come from contributors or readers who want to share family dishes, regional styles, or favorite cooking tips.
We don’t take credit for what others send us, and we’re not responsible for mistakes, errors, or outcomes based on those submissions. If something feels off in a recipe or write-up, reach out. We’ll do our best to review and update when needed.
Personal Opinions
Everything published on GASTRODOME.COM.MY reflects the lived experience of our team. Most ideas come from meals made in real kitchens, not studios or staged sets. Nadia Lim, who started this site, shares recipes shaped by years of family cooking and time spent learning from home chefs across Malaysia.
Nothing posted here represents the views of any company or outside group. Thoughts, techniques, and stories shared are our own. If something tastes better a different way in your home, we respect that—flavors are personal.
External Links
Sometimes we link out—to spice shops, cookware guides, ingredient sources, or cooking blogs we trust. These links are added because they’re useful in the context of a recipe or kitchen tip.
Once you click out, we’re no longer involved. The content, accuracy, or safety of those other websites isn’t within our reach. If a third-party link breaks, redirects, or changes unexpectedly, let us know. We’ll check and update if needed. Links don’t equal endorsement, and we don’t receive payment to include them.
Affiliate Links
From time to time, we link to things we cook with or think you’ll find useful. Knives, rice cookers, salad spinners, pandan extract—gear and ingredients we’d recommend to friends.
Some of those links are affiliate-based, meaning if you click and buy, we might earn a tiny commission. It won’t cost you anything extra, and we only link what we trust and use ourselves.
Those earnings help keep the site going—funding new recipes, photoshoots, testing, and hosting. Think of it as tossing a coin into the tip jar while we serve up the next good meal.
Linking to GASTRODOME.COM.MY
Want to share one of our recipes, cooking tips, or soup guides with your readers? Go ahead and link to our site. We welcome backlinks from food blogs, recipe communities, family cooking pages, schools, press outlets, and other credible platforms.
Don’t alter the recipe titles or instructions. Don’t pass our work off as your own. Don’t embed our content in a way that hides where it came from. In short: credit honestly, link clearly, and keep things clean.
Using Recipes for Personal or Educational Use
If you want to use our recipes at home, in classrooms, or with a group of friends—it’s all yours. Share them in cooking classes, email them to your cousin, print them out for your fridge.
Commercial use, including re-publishing online or in print, copying large portions of content for another site, or running our work behind a paywall, isn’t allowed unless you’ve received written permission from us first.
Community Content and Comments
Readers are welcome to leave comments, share suggestions, or send in recipes. That said, this isn’t a free-for-all. If your contribution includes spam, offensive terms, misleading claims, or material that doesn’t belong to you—it’ll be removed.
We want this site to stay safe for beginners, seasoned cooks, families, and food lovers across every region. Keep feedback helpful, relevant, and kind.
Where the Rules Apply
GASTRODOME.COM.MY runs from Malaysia, by Malaysians, for anyone who enjoys cooking—whether you're in Kuala Lumpur or across the globe. Everything shared here, from brunch recipes to desserts and beyond, falls under Malaysian law. If a disagreement ever comes up over how this site works or how our content is used, any legal steps will need to happen in Malaysian courts.
Even if one part of these terms doesn’t hold up legally, the rest still apply. Think of it like a recipe: if one ingredient’s missing, the rest of the dish still holds its flavor.
Use It Right, Own What You Do
Everything on GASTRODOME.COM.MY—recipes, photos, and writing—is ours. You’re welcome to cook from it, talk about it, or link to it, but don’t repost full recipes or edit our photos without asking. If you remake a dish like our salads or put your spin on a drink, credit us. Comments, messages, or content you submit are your responsibility—keep it respectful, legal, and original.
If your use of this site causes problems—legal, technical, or otherwise—you agree to take the hit, not us. That includes misuse of recipes, reposting content without permission, or causing issues tied to your actions here. You agree to protect everyone behind GASTRODOME.COM.MY from claims, losses, or disputes caused by how you use the site.
Keeping Things Current
We don’t freeze content in place—just like any recipe, things evolve. Ingredients get updated. Directions change. Formatting gets tuned to work better for mobile or desktop. GASTRODOME.COM.MY might adjust its layout, structure, recipes, or policies at any time without giving advance notice.
When changes happen—whether it's a new soups section or a better way to browse main courses—we trust that by continuing to use the site, you're good with those tweaks. Check back from time to time, especially if you rely on this site for regular cooking ideas or meal planning.
We might rewrite or expand these terms over time. The newest version will always be on this page. Using the site after changes means you agree to whatever’s been updated.
Limits of Responsibility
Mistakes happen. Ingredients might not behave. Instructions might not match every tool or stove. GASTRODOME.COM.MY won’t be liable for lost time, failed meals, or any indirect loss—whether related to data, devices, or dinner plans.
If something causes harm to your hardware, data, or wallet because you followed a link or read something here, that risk sits with you. We don’t control outside sources or how others share or interpret the information found here.
No Promises, No Pressure
Everything on GASTRODOME.COM.MY is shared in good faith by home cooks, not licensed pros. The recipes, tips, and ideas here come from real kitchen experience—not lab tests or certifications. We can’t guarantee perfect results, flawless outcomes, or that a recipe will suit every preference, skill level, or dietary need. Tools differ, ingredients vary, and sometimes things just don’t go as planned—and that’s part of cooking.
You use this site at your own risk. We’re not responsible for losses, injuries, or tech issues that might come from browsing, clicking, or cooking with our content. If you have food allergies, medical needs, or specific concerns, check with someone qualified before trying something new. External links are outside our control, and what works for us might not work for you. Use what fits, skip what doesn’t, and cook with care.
